Ashutosh Shrivastava, born on June 30, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, serving in the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishvavidyalaya, Bhopal. Currently, he is the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since September 4, 2025. Prior to this, he served as Sub Collector. He is actively serving in his administrative capacity.
