Shyam Bahadur Singh, born on March 3, 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Gorakhpur University and a B.Ed. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary in the Irrigation and Water Resources Department of Uttar Pradesh since December 23, 2025. His previous roles include Chief Development Officer, CEO of UP Braj Teerth Vikash Parishad, and Vice Chairman. He has been awarded the Certificate of Honour for the Census of India. Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
