Ramphal Singh, born on February 8, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Haryana cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Mathematics and Education. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Managing Director, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was as a Member in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, commencing on July 1, 1994. Singh’s service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Haryana cadre before his retirement.
