R Kevichusa, born on 21 October 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Nagaland cadre. He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Commissioner, Joint Director, Joint Secretary, and multiple terms as Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary of the Health and Family Welfare Department from 1 April 2000 to 31 October 2001. He also held the role of Commissioner & Secretary during his service.
