Pankaj Dixit, born on January 1, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Arts from the University of Allahabad. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Minister in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Public Grievance and Pension since July 8, 2024. His previous roles include Director, Officer on Special Duty, Director of Industry, Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Private Secretary to the Union Minister. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
