Vijay Vishwas Pant, born on January 17, 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Joint Magistrate, District Magistrate, Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, Special Secretary, PS to Minister, District Collector and Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer. Since September 16, 2025, he has been serving as the Divisional Commissioner at Lucknow. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
