V Chandrasekaran, born on 20 June 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 Tamil Nadu cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Director, Special Secretary Director, Agricultural Production Commissioner, and Principal Secretary Director. His most recent position was Executive Director of the Tamil Nadu Watershed Development Agency, held from 30 May 2017 to 30 June 2019. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration and development initiatives within Tamil Nadu.
