Taranjot Singh, born on February 11, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he is the Collector and District Magistrate at Bettiah, Bihar, a position he has held since December 10, 2025. Prior to this, he has also served as Collector and District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
