Sirra Karuna Raju, born on 24 July 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 Punjab cadre. He holds an LL.B. from Panjab University and B.V.Sc. & A.H. and M.V.Sc. degrees from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University. Currently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer at Rash Ispat Nigam Ltd, Ministry of Steel since December 2022, he has held various positions including Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Vice Chancellor. He has received multiple national awards, including the Best CEO Award (2019) and the President of India 2011 Census Silver Medal. He is proficient in English, Telugu, and Punjabi.
