Ratnaraj G Bansod, born on 20 October 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in English and a graduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Managing Director, Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Additional Textile Commissioner, Administrator, CEO, and SDO. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Labour Department of Maharashtra. Mr. Bansod’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the state government before his retirement.
