Narhari Singh Banger, born on 24 November 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an LLM and a PhD. Currently, he is the Managing Director of The Haryana State Federation of Consumers Co-operatives (CONFED), a position he has held since 26 March 2026. Prior to this role, he served as an Advisor. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Haryana.
