Mrunmai Shashank Joshi, born on June 10, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 Kerala cadre. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Oxford. Currently, she serves as Deputy Secretary in New Delhi (2023–2027). Her previous roles include State Mission Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Staff Officer to the Chief Secretary, Executive Director of the Jalanidhi Project (World Bank), Additional Director, Municipal Commissioner, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. She has received the Best District Collector Award (2021) and the Best Electoral Practices Award for election management in Palakkad. She is proficient in Marathi.
