Misri Prasad Paswan, born on June 6, 1945, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Bihar cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Additional Commissioner, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent designation was District Collector and Magistrate from June 7, 2004, to June 30, 2005. He also held the position of Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department. Throughout his career, Paswan contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar until his retirement.
