Manisha Trighatia, born on 22 May 1973, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2002 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Geography and an MBA in Management. Currently, she serves as Secretary in the Women Welfare and Child Development and Nutrition Department, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 16 September 2025. Her previous roles include Project Director, Additional Chief Administrator, Sub Divisional Magistrate, and Commissioner & Secretary.
