Manisha Panwar, born on March 3, 1967, is a 1990 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a graduate degree in History and an M.P.H. in Public Health from Boston University. Currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary in the Planning Department since August 7, 2020, she has held various key positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Mission Director, Vice Chairman, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer. She received the Chief Minister's Award for Excellence and Good Governance in 2018.
