Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Fisheries Department of Kerala, a position he assumed on 12 April 2022. Throughout his career, Srinivas has held various roles including Chairman, Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary, Special Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, Additional Secretary, District Collector, Managing Director, General Manager, Sub Collector, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in Hindi and Telugu and continues to serve in the IAS.
