Jabbar Dhakwala, born on 24 March 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds degrees in LL.B. Law, Postgraduate Political Science, and Graduate Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Collector, Additional Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Additional Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at Madhya Pradesh from 5 August 2008 to 7 May 2010. He was associated with the Department of Biotechnology during his service.
