Harshika Singh, born on 26 July 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, allocated to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Civil Engineering from Lucknow University. Currently, she serves as the Chief Development Officer and R.F.C at Prayagraj, a position she assumed on 21 April 2025. Harshika Singh continues to contribute to public administration in her role within the Uttar Pradesh government.
