Chief Secretary To Government, Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department
Hari Krishna, born on 20 July 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served as Chief Secretary to the Government in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 21 December 2012 to 31 January 2014. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary Director, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Special Secretary Director, Member, District Collector and Magistrate, General Manager, Joint Director, and Executive Magistrate. He holds a Ph.D. in Botany, an MBA in Business Administration, and a Certificate in Russian.
