Dr. (Ms) Manjula Subramaniyam, born on 18 September 1948, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1972 Gujarat cadre. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce, a graduate degree in Physics, and a Certificate in German. Her distinguished career includes serving as Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat from 31 August 2007 to 30 September 2008. She has held various key positions such as Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Deputy Secretary. Her extensive administrative experience spans roles in import and export control, district development, and senior directing staff.
