Dharamveer, born on December 9, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Kerala cadre batch. He served in the Administrative Reforms Department, holding the position of Principal Secretary from June 2, 2006, to August 18, 2009. His extensive career includes roles such as Director, Commissioner & Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Registrar, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Collector. Dharamveer holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration, an M.Phil. in Social Sciences, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy.
