Currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance since 18/04/2025, he has held various positions including Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Chief Electoral Officer, Chairman & MD, Joint Development Commissioner, Secretary to Government, District Collector, Additional Collector, and SDM. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Nepalese, Sanskrit, and Tamil.
