Chandrasekar S, born on March 7, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Kerala cadre batch. He holds a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University College of Engineering Guindy and an MBA in Finance from Bharathidasan University Tiruchirapalli Bharthidasan Institute of Management. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Vice-President at New Delhi since September 14, 2025. His past roles include Sub Collector, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Director, Managing Director, Assistant Secretary, and Deputy Director. He is proficient in English, Tamil, and Malayalam. Chandrasekar S remains in active service.
