C.S.R.C. Murthy, born on 15 May 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities including Joint Collector, Special Deputy Collector, Assistant Secretary, Revenue Divisional Officer, District Supply Officer, and General Manager. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the Water Resources Department from 1 July 1991 to 1 May 1993. Mr. Murthy holds a graduate degree and a diploma in Industrial Relations. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Andhra Pradesh government before retiring from service.
