Aishvarya Singh, born on 05/02/1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Sikkim cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an M.A. in Anthropology from Lucknow University. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, New Delhi, since 14/09/2025. Her extensive career includes roles such as District Collector, Director General, Additional Secretary, and Principal Secretary. She received the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for outstanding implementation of the Swachh Bharat Mission in West Sikkim. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Nepalese.
