Vinod Parashuram Kavle, born on June 2, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and an M.M.S. in Operation Research from NMIMS. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner & Secretary of the Excise and Narcotic Department in Mizoram. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Special Secretary, and Secretary to Government. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
