Vinod Parashuram Kavle, born on June 2, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and an M.M.S. in Operation Research from NMIMS. Currently, he is the Commissioner & Secretary of the Excise and Narcotic Department, Mizoram. He has previously held the position of Secretary. Mr. Kavle is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
