Vinod Parashuram Kavle, born on June 2, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and an M.M.S. in Operation Research from NMIMS. Currently, he is the Commissioner & Secretary of the Excise and Narcotic Department, Mizoram. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Special Secretary, and Secretary to Government. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Vinod Parashuram Kavle continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
