Tejveer Singh, born on 27 November 1970, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Punjab cadre. He holds a B.A., M.A., and M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals, New Delhi since 1 April 2026, he has held various key positions including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Director, Special Secretary, Joint Development Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Joint Secretary, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Punjabi.
