Seema Tripathi, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch from the Bihar cadre, was born on November 15, 1979. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Sanskrit. Throughout her career, she has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, State Transport Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Managing Director, District Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Special Secretary. Currently, she is serving as Secretary at Patna in the Bihar Human Rights Commission since January 17, 2025. She is proficient in Hindi and remains in active service.
