Samuel Paul N, born on 23 August 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he is the Managing Director and Additional Commissioner Grade at Kanpur Nagar, appointed on 21 February 2023. His departmental responsibilities include KESCO and State Tax. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Samuel Paul N continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
