Roli Singh, born on March 10, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Rajasthan cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Delhi University and an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics. Currently, she serves as Chairperson at the National Authority for Chemical Weapons Convention, Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi, since August 22, 2025. Her past roles include Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary to Government, Deputy Director (Senior), Director, Project Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary to Government, and Sub Divisional Officer. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
