Ram Lakhan P D II, born on May 5, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Secretary, and Additional Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Industries Department from December 1, 1998, to May 31, 2001. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar before retiring from service.
