Nima Arora, born on 29 January 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 Maharashtra cadre. She holds a B.A. in Computer Application and a B.Tech. in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, and an M.A. in Public Administration from IGNOU, Delhi. Currently, she serves as Assistant Director General at Maharashtra since 11 February 2025, working with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Her previous roles include Assistant Director General, Director, Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Joint Commissioner. She has received the Rajiv Gandhi Abhiyan Award and the S.S. Gadkari Award
