Neha Prakash, born on 14 June 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.E. in Computer Science from BIT Mesra and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management. Currently, she serves as the Director at Lucknow in the Department of Training and Employment since 13 July 2024. Previously, she held the position of Deputy Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Neha Prakash continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh. She remains in active service within the IAS.
