Mayank Mittal, born on 12 February 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the Joint Managing Director at the Water Board, Telangana, a position he has held since 12 February 2026. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director. Mittal continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Telangana through his role in the Water Board.
