Manoj Kumar Das, born on 20 December 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1990 batch from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech. (Hons.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Secretary at Gujarat since 31 October 2025, Das has held multiple key positions including Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, and Director. He is proficient in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Das continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service with extensive experience across various administrative roles.
