A graduate in Physics, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Deputy Director, Joint Director, Deputy Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Secretary, and CEO. His most recent designation was Divisional Commissioner at Maharashtra in the Land Revenue department. Throughout his career, Baroi contributed to the administrative framework of Maharashtra until his retirement.
