Hephsiba Rani Korlapati, born on January 17, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 Karnataka cadre. She holds a B.A. in History from Osmania University and an M.A. in Geography from the University of Delhi. Currently serving as Additional Secretary to Government in the Infrastructure Development Department since January 1, 2024, she has previously held positions including Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Special Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Director, Special Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, and Assistant Commissioner. She was part of the Bengaluru team awarded first place in the Innovation Award - COVID Innovation Category at the India Smart Cities Awards Contest 2020.
