Harihar Chaudhary, born on May 1, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities during his career. His most recent position was District Collector and Magistrate from September 1, 2000, to April 30, 2001. Prior to this, he held the position of Director. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to the administrative framework of Bihar before retiring from service.
