Gavali Parag Harshad, born on 22 September 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. degree from MUHS Nashik and Seth G.S. Medical College and Khem Hospital, Mumbai. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Hon'ble Minister at the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Delhi, since 14 January 2025. His previous roles include Collector & District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Project Director, Assistant Secretary, and Junior Scale officer. He is proficient in English, Marathi, and Odia. Gavali Parag Harshad continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
