Gauri Parasher Joshi, born on 21 April 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Punjab cadre. Currently serving as Secretary in the Personnel Department since 24 September 2024, she has held various positions including Joint Secretary, Special Secretary to Government, Deputy Director, Director, Administrator, Deputy Resident Commissioner, Project Director, Sub Collector, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Director. She has completed online certificate courses in AI & Law from Lund University, Constitutional Law from the University of California, and International Law from Leiden University. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
