Bhaskar Khulbe, born on March 20, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Botany, an M.Sc. in Zoology, and a postgraduate degree in Social Planning. Throughout his career, Khulbe served in various capacities including Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Resident Commissioner, Chief Electoral Officer, and District Magistrate. His most recent role was Adviser in the Prime Minister's Office from February 21, 2020, to February 20, 2022. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership positions across state and central government departments.
