B. Chandrakala, born on 27 September 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in Geography and an M.A. in Economics from Osmania University, and an M.B.A. from IIMT University Meerut. Currently, she serves as Secretary in the Forest, Environment and Climate Change Department of Uttar Pradesh since 16 September 2025. Her previous roles include Joint Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer. She is proficient in English and Lambadi. She continues to serve in the IAS.
