Atulya Mishra, born on 13 December 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a graduate degree and postgraduate degree in Botany, along with a Ph.D. in Humanities from Annamalai University. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary to Government in the Youth Welfare and Sports Development Department, Chennai, serving from 2 December 2022 to 31 December 2025. Throughout his career, he held various key roles including Principal Secretary, Chairman, Secretary, Commissioner, and District Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
