Abhishek Singh-II, born on 02 February 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from J N V University, Jodhpur. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Vocational Education and Skill Development Department, a position he has held since 28 October 2021. Proficient in English and Hindi, Abhishek Singh-II continues to serve in his administrative capacity within the state government.
