Zuhair Bin Saghir, born on 18 February 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2006 batch from the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he serves as Special Secretary in the General Administration Department at Lucknow since 20 July 2020. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. He has been recognized for conducting local body and panchayat elections in Moradabad and for conducting the best elections in Saharanpur in 2012. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
