Zorammuana, born on January 27, 1968, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. Currently, he holds the position of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at Mizoram in the General Administration Department (GAD). Throughout his career, he has also served as a Secretary. He remains in active service within the IAS.
