Z H Khan, born on 14 July 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in History and a graduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Director, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, and Special Secretary Director. His most recent position was Secretary in the Irrigation and Water Resources Department from 24 April 2000 to 31 July 2000. Mr. Khan’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
