Z A Seaikh, born on April 1, 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Director, District Development Officer, Project Administrator, Additional Collector, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Deputy Collector. His most recent position was District Development Officer in Gujarat, from November 1, 1990, to March 1, 1993, within the Land Revenue department.
