Yps Ahluwalia, born on January 23, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Punjab cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Director, Under Secretary, Additional Registrar, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent role was Joint Secretary in the Department of Home, serving from May 1, 1991, to January 1, 1992.
