Yogesh P. Mhase, born on June 1, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.V.Sc. degree from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth Rahuri. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Minority Development Department, Maharashtra, a position he assumed on March 5, 2026. His previous roles include Managing Director, Metropolitan Commissioner, District Magistrate and Collector, and a period on compulsory wait. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Maharashtra.
