Yogesh P. Mhase, born on June 1, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.V.Sc. degree from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth Rahuri. Currently, he serves as the Secretary of the Minority Development Department, Maharashtra, a position he assumed on March 5, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Managing Director, Metropolitan Commissioner, District Magistrate and Collector, and has also been on compulsory wait. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Maharashtra.
